Friendly staff. I had a tire going flat, but luckily they were able to get me in right away. Before I knew it I was back in my vehicle and on the road! Thanks for everything KTA!

They did a good job on my tires, but it did take them quite a while to accomplish the task. The staff was quite friendly and over all it was a satisfactory experience. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They even offer loaners while your vehicle is in the shop, or offer to drive you where you need to go.
