Friendly and empathic employees that provided us unparalled customer service! We got a flat on I-80 just outside Kearney, and though none of the Kearney tire dealers could outfit us with the Michelin tire we ultimately need, Kearney Tire set us up with a "good enough" tire that got us the final 350 miles to our Colorado destination. There was no way the skimpy spare tire that came with our 2020 Subaru Outback could have taken us the distance. Thanks Kearney Tire!

We had driven in from Colorado and just before getting off the interstate, the low tire pressure light came on. Kearney Tire was able to fit us in and check it out. Initially they said we had three tires with nails and they wanted to fix all three which I wa fine with. But then they came back and said only one needed to be fixed and one nail turned out to be a rock. The honesty was impressive. They were super nice and efficient as well. I wish had gotten the name of the young man who helped us. Initials NW according to the receipt.

I always have the best service here! Trent drove to my house to pick up keys on the way to tow my car from 10 miles outside of town so I wouldn't be inconvenienced to drive to the car and meet him. It is the extra kindness I encounter there all the time!
