The customer service was great, and wow how nice to have a dedicated children's area while we waited. The only problem I encountered was I was told it would be 40 minutes to replace my valve stem when I made the appointment... It took almost two hours! So if you have to stay and wait for your vehicle don't plan anything for several hours after.
